Traditional 12 round boxer's workout , rotate stations 3mins on each with a 1 min break , doing push ups , dips , sit ups etc

 Boxing Technique/Sparring Class

Tues . Thurs | 4.30pm

While our cardio boot camp will get you in amazing shape the technical boxing/sparring class teaches you the technique behind boxing and allows you to try it out in a live environment
