Boxing For  Fighting , Fitness or Sport

Boxing provides many benefits and challenges. For example, it has the potential to turn lives around by providing focus and an outlet for pent up aggression. Boxing's greatest benefit might be in the training and preparation needed to reach the fighting level. Indeed, the actual fighting aspect need not be emphasized to realize boxing's many benefits including :The ultimate workout, Confidence , Stress Relief and providing the ultimate contest between two people.

Mon . Wed . Fri |  7:15am ,12:00pm , 4:30pm & 6:00pm
  $150/Month or $20/Class

Traditional 10 round boxer's workout , High Intensity work , rotating stations 2mins on each (includes at least two 1 0n 1 stations) with a 1 min break , doing push ups , crunches , sit ups etc .Stations will include one on one  offensive and defensive skill work  , mitt work , heavy bags, uppercut Bag , Body opponent bags , Double end ball etc. Classes are held by Travis Hoffman  (active pro boxer) and Becky Miller (active pro boxer)

Boxing Technique/Sparring Class
Tues . Thurs | 5pm  $120/Month or $20/Class

While our traditional boxers workout will get you in amazing shape the technical boxing/sparring class teaches you the technique behind boxing and allows you to try it out in a Live environment

Class is run by 2 professional Boxers

  • 1 on 1 sparring with your coach
  • 1 on 1 student sparring depending on skill level
